- WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have not received a dispatch email up to 4 days after placing your order…
Due to a high volume of orders over the Black Friday and Christmas period, our dispatching time has been a little slower than normal.
If you’ve purchased during Black Friday Week or over the weekend, as usual, orders placed after 12PM aim to be dispatched on the Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed after 12 noon on Monday to Thursday, aim to be dispatched the next working day. Standard delivery can take 2 - 7 days, but typically it can take 5 during this busy period.

If you haven’t had an email to say your order has been dispatched 4 days after placing your order, please get in touch via the contact form on our Contact Us page by clicking here. Please include your order number and we’ll flag as a priority work hard to get it dispatched.
If you have received a dispatch email but have not yet received your order…
During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, delivery might take up to 5 working days. The shipping courier is Yodel and you can track your order’s journey at https://www.yodel.co.uk/track
- WHY IS MY DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE NOT WORKING?
During Black Friday (20/11/22 - 28/11/22), no discount/promo codes can be used alongside our offers because there are already some big discounts across the site! However, you’ll be able to use your discount code once the sale has ended (from 29/11/2022), subject to its terms and conditions.
- I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please drop us a message via the contact form on our Contact Us page by clicking here and we can look into whether this can be done; however, due the high volume of queries we get over this period, we cannot always guarantee that this will be successful.
If your order has already shipped, we would recommend to please refuse delivery from the courier, get in contact with us and we can provide you with a refund once we receive it back.
- I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS AND GET A REFUND?
Yes, we can accept returns and offer refunds for new and unused items that have been bought from us directly at magnitone.co.uk.
We have extended our returns window so that goods purchased from magnitone.co.uk from 1st November 2022 can be returned up until 31st January 2023. A valid proof of purchase must be provided. For GDPR compliance, returns/refunds must be requested and processed by the person who made the purchase. Please contact us with a confirmation of your order number and the item(s) you are returning. We will then provide you with your return authorisation and the return instructions.
We cannot accept returns/refunds for purchases made via an external retailer (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett etc). Returns/refunds must be made with them directly in accordance with their respective policies.
