From the 15th November 2023, you can return Christmas gifts up until the 31st January 2024
We understand that sometimes buyers' regret is real and you need to spend the money elsewhere.
In cases like this, you’re welcome to return your new and unused item(s) to us within 30 working days of receipt. Please note that we don’t offer free returns.
We cannot accept returns/refunds for purchases made via an external retailer (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett etc). Returns/refunds must be made with them directly in accordance with their respective policies.
HOW TO RETURN?
Drop us an email at: email@example.com naming the item(s) you’d like to return and telling us why. Then, we’ll supply a return authorisation number and instructions on what to do next (please don’t return your order without receiving your authorisation number).
Please be aware that the return is your responsibility until it reaches us. MAGNITONE is not held responsible for items without proof of postage, so in order to avoid this pickle, we recommend returning the item(s) via Royal Mail registered delivery or another trusted ‘signed for’ service. Please also make sure everything is stored, then re-packaged safely.

Good news! When everything is received according to this procedure, we’ll reimburse the cost within 14 working days. Please note sometimes this can take a little longer than we hope!
We don’t accept anything we reasonably believe has been used. If we think it’s looking scruffy, we’ll reach out via email to let you know that you won’t be getting a refund this time. It’ll then be your responsibility to arrange its return back to you again within 14 days.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Sometimes items can get bashed around in the delivery process or unfortunately aren’t up to our usual standard and slip through the net.
We understand that if your goods are damaged or faulty, this is super frustrating and we’ll do everything we can to help you. Please check your order is up to scratch and notify us within 3 working days of delivery via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Provided that the items are unused and have been stored safely in appropriate conditions, we will be more than happy to repair or replace them.
NON-DELIVERED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
This one’s totally on us and we apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
We’re all human and sometimes accidents happen. That’s why within the order packaging, you’ll find a Delivery Note listing the goods that you’ve ordered. If what you’ve received doesn’t match what’s listed, please notify us within 3 working days from delivery via email: email@example.com
Provided that everything’s been unused and stored safely in decent conditions, we’ll be more than happy to replace the item(s) or offer you a full refund upon return. Please provide our Customer Services Team with your order number and keep your item(s) in the original packaging, making sure the parcel is properly sealed. Then you just need to return within 30 working days of delivery, remembering to get proof of postage. The rest is handled by us!
Please contact us within 14 working days if your order is undelivered, incorrect or defective goods (including if damage has occurred during transportation).
If we accept your return and you’ve chosen a refund, we’ll process it within 14 days of receiving the goods and you’ll be notified by email from our Customer Services Team.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
WARRANTY TERMS + CONDITIONS
All devices are covered by a 1 year standard warranty from the date of purchase.
To register for an extended 2 year warranty (from date of purchase), you must register your warranty within 60 days of purchase. You can register your warranty here.
Your warranty period is from the date the device was purchased, not the date the warranty is registered.
You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase to validate your warranty and make a claim (order number, email receipt or physical receipt from an official MAGNITONE retailer).
Warranty is not valid on devices that have been purchased second hand.
This warranty does not cover fault or defect caused by:
- Faults arising from failure to observe operating and cleaning instructions
- Careless handling or misuse
- Transit damage
- Alterations, repairs or adjustments undertaken by anyone other than our qualified product engineers.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Sale items will be refunded at the price that you have purchased them for. Please ensure you provide your original receipt.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
